Where are you staying?

Not all that familier with main MB area. Would think there would be some places along Ocean Blvd somewhere. There is a company that rents them and brings them to you.

These are the big tire, single speed beach cruiser style of bikes. Not a mtn bike style frame.

If in North MB. There is(was last year) a bike stand a block south of Main Street in Ocean Drive section. Beach cruiser style bikes plus assortment of two, three, and four person peddle power buggies.

On Sea Mountain Highway in Cherry Grove there is a bike shop. Bike Doctor. Comparing prices they seemed to be the better deal in NMB. By the hour, day or week.

Plus they were more of a mtn bike frame but still with the single speed. Assorted sizes for kids plus some with baby seats mounted on back. Being a bike shop they are probably a little better maintained.

Can%26#39;t think of any actual bike paths unless you haul the bikes to one of the State Parks. Did see a map in one of the coupon books that showed a bike ';route'; through out the entire Grand Strand. That would be for your more serious cyclist.

In NMB it%26#39;s still fun to just ride on the back streets through the residential areas or up around Cherry Grove along the back water marsh. Even along Ocean Blvd. Not as much traffic as in MB so that%26#39;s not too bad of a ride. Well worth the time and money.

Riding on the beach at low tide is fun but even on packed sand it%26#39;s not as easy to peddle as on pavement.

We are staying at Horizon on 77th which is on the north end of MB , but we will be doing day trips up and down the coastline . Looking forward to it
