You must have a car to realistically do any of these.

I would not stay at the Best Western Sweetgrass. The Springhill is the closest of your four choices and is very close to California Dreaming restaurant. It would be my first choice. Both Hampton Inns would be ok but are further away from where you will want to go for touring downtown. If you plan to go to the beach, the one in Mt. P might be ok but I would go with Springhill otherwise.
