Seawatch Resort Myrtle Beach

Hello,

Has anyone stayed at the Seawatch Resort in Mrytle Beach lately. (2008 or 2009) Has anyone booked a condo at The Seawatch thru ';The Towers at Ocean Creek'; for unit 603 ? How did it go? How was the condo ? Any Problems ?

I have not stayed there myself but my friends switched to there from Pelican%26#39;s Watch about 3 years ago and love it. Hopefully others here can give you more detailed information.

We actually own at Seawatch and love it especially the MANY pools and hot tubs. WE stayed in the villas last year and actually prefer them over the towers.

Do you handle your own rentals or do you use a rental agency ? which one ?

I know for sure If the unit isn%26#39;t owned by a private owner it%26#39;s rented through a rental agency.

FYI there are 21 bodies of water at SeaWatch resort which they called it Wyndham SeaWatch Plantation now because Wyndham started managing the property a few years back, so keep that name in mind when you are arriving at the resort.

You can actually make your reservation directly at www.seawatchresort.com. You do not have to go through any rental agent.

I%26#39;ve stayed there a lot and love it. The first time I rented through a condo agent and wasnt as pleased as those units were not as nice and did not include a washer and dryer in the unit.

Rent through Seawatch themselves and you get a nice place with the washer and dryer.

Pools are wonderful and really the whole resort is nice and it is in a great location.

Also, they give a 15% discount to return customers.

I%26#39;m a points owner through Wyndham and have stayed at the Seawatch several times. I%26#39;m actually an owner at Oceanwalk in North Myrtle.

If you want an oceanfront you DEFINATELY want one of the towers, not the villas. I stayed in the villas the first time (only had oceanview) and it was nice but they sit way back with the towers on either side next to the beach and all the pools etc between them stretching back between the villas.

We LOVED the Seawatch but preferred our stay better when I booked the tower.
