September or October Weather???

My boyfriend and I are looking to travel somewhere warm and where its not going to rain a lot in the month of September or October 2009 for a week.

We like relaxing on the beach or around the pool part of the time and doing a few adventure, nature or culture day trips the other half of the week.

We are in our mid 20%26#39;s and will be travelling from Toronto, Ontario.

Would Myrtle Beach be good for us? Thanks!

September or October Weather???

Sept. and at least the 1st half of Oct. is great. The beach is fine and the water still warm enough. Plenty to do in MB, or nearby. Brookgreen Gardens, State Parks, live music shows, casino boats, sailing and motorized trips, almost endless.

September or October Weather???

There aren%26#39;t enough words to describe the perfect weather in September. Water is warm, humidity is low, kiddies are back in school. You will love it.

I have to agree with the above posters, it%26#39;s absolutely beautiful. My favorite time of year here, great weather and much less crowded

i agree with the rest. My boyfriend and I are in our mid-late 20%26#39;s as well and our first trip to Myrtle Beach was last year, and was this one of the best Vacations we took together. Myrtle Beach was great, there was so much to do and see. As for weather, we went last year in the 2nd week of October and it rained 3 of the 8 days we were there. So this year we%26#39;re going back, but this time in September.

Hope this helps!! Enjoy and good luck!

I%26#39;ve been to Myrtle in both April and Oct and from now on I will only go in Oct. The weather was GREAT! We laid on the beach everyday and couldn%26#39;t have asked for anything better. When we were there in April we confronted the coldest temps in history. We were out buying sweatshirts since we sure didn%26#39;t plan for that.

During October we never had to wait for seating at restaurants more than just a few minutes. There were still plenty of people around to make it enjoyable for my teenage daughter but not so crowded that you couldn%26#39;t enjoy the beach, sun and relaxation!

ENJOY YOURSELF!!

I would chose October because of what Nanajane mentioned. It is stil warm enough to get in the water and it dosen%26#39;t feel like 200 degrees outside while you are pooring sweat.
