public beach access

I am staying near the wizard golf course from july 25 , can anyone tell me the best places for parking and access to the beach please.thanks, paul.

public beach access

My advice to you would be to go to Myrtle Beach State Park. The beaches are clean and safe. They have a snack bar, rest rooms, and a fishing pier. Plenty of parking and is probably a 20 minute drive depending on the traffic. There is a small fee to get in to the park

( around $5 )

public beach access

Thanks for that

FYI the sand was no replenished at the State Park due it being a statepark and they didn%26#39;t want to endanger any animals.

do you have any other recommendations other than the state parks

The State Park is nice but we visited it in March and there was about a foot drop off at the water and sand. I don%26#39;t know if they fixed it or not.

There are accesses about every 54-5 miles up and down Ocean Blvd. You will just have to get up with the chickens to get there and get a parking spot.

thanks once again

Corecction to my last post, t should be last July and about every 4-5 miles. Sorry

A couple of beach access spots with parking for about 14 to 18 cars each, located in the Golden Mile section of Myrtle Beach.Talking about a dozen or so blocks in each direction from 38thN.Just parking,no changing facilities or bathrooms.

I was just going to say what TONYMIK posted.

Most people who live in this area walk to the beach so you can usually find convenient parking there.

You can basically go to the beach anywhere you can find parking, but it is a challenge in the area where 501 ends. Maybe try a block back from Ocean Blvd (Yaupon Dr).

thanks guys
