Returning to MB after 20 yrs

Hello: Its been 20yrs since my last visit to MB.

We will be visiting in July 09. Can anyone tell me how the body surfing is at MB (and boogie boarding).

I remember from my last visit the ocean was very calm. I love a calm ocean but my husband and teenage son will be very disappointed if the can%26#39;t ride the waves. We usually go to the Maryland beaches but I%26#39;ve talked my husband into the 10 hour drive for something different this year.

We will be staying in North Myrtle Beach at the Pinnacle condo. Any reviews of the condo or beach area.

If yoy are used to the MD beaches(Ocean City??)..Then your family is going to LOVE Myrtle Beach!! The Ocean can be calm but you can definitly boogie board.. Maybe go during high tide.
